By accessing or using ContractorLink.org (contractorlink.org), operated by Vega Apps, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ContractorLink.org is a free platform connecting Utah homeowners with contractors. We do not charge fees to homeowners or contractors. We are not a party to any contract between homeowners and contractors.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to use ContractorLink.org.

4. Homeowner Terms

You must provide accurate project information
No fraudulent or spam project postings
You agree to be contacted by matched contractors via the contact information you provide
You understand ContractorLink.org does not guarantee contractor quality or project outcomes

5. Contractor Terms

Must hold a valid Utah contractor license where required by law
Must maintain current general liability insurance
No misrepresentation of credentials, experience, or capabilities
Agree to respond to matched leads promptly (within 24 hours)
Must treat homeowners professionally and ethically

6. Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false or misleading information
Using the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempting to manipulate reviews or ratings
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data
Interfering with platform security or functionality

7. Disclaimers

ContractorLink.org does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any contractor's work. Homeowners are responsible for verifying contractor credentials independently. ContractorLink.org is not affiliated with Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, or any other lead generation service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vega Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ContractorLink.org. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vega Apps, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
