Contractor Agreement

This Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a contractor on the ContractorLink.org platform operated by Vega Apps, LLC.

1. Free Service Acknowledgment

ContractorLink.org is provided free of charge. Vega Apps, LLC reserves the right to introduce premium features in the future with advance notice. Core lead delivery will remain free.

2. Lead Quality Commitment

ContractorLink.org will make reasonable efforts to provide quality, genuine homeowner leads. We do not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, or project close rates. Lead quality may vary based on market conditions and homeowner engagement.

3. Contractor Obligations

  • Respond to leads within 24 hours — timely response significantly improves conversion
  • Maintain valid license and insurance — expired credentials result in profile suspension
  • Treat homeowners professionally — complaints may result in account review
  • Accurate representation of services — do not misrepresent capabilities, experience, or pricing
  • Provide quality workmanship — maintain standards expected of licensed professionals

4. Account Suspension Policy

ContractorLink.org may suspend or terminate contractor accounts for:

  • Failure to respond to leads consistently
  • Expired or revoked license or insurance
  • Homeowner complaints regarding professionalism or work quality
  • Misrepresentation of credentials
  • Violation of Terms of Service

5. ContractorLink.org Platform Promotion

By joining ContractorLink.org, contractors consent to being featured in ContractorLink.org marketing materials, including the website, social media, and promotional content. Contractors may be introduced to the VegaEstimating.ai platform and other Vega ecosystem tools.

6. Relationship with Vega Platform

ContractorLink.org is operated by Vega Apps, LLC, the same company behind VegaEstimating.ai, VegaConnect, and VegaUltimate. Your ContractorLink.org profile may be cross-referenced with other Vega platform services to enhance your visibility and lead quality.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains yours. By uploading content, you grant ContractorLink.org a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in marketing materials.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Contractors on ContractorLink.org are independent businesses. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created by this agreement.
